This arrived just in time to bring our baby boy home in it. It looks perfect and the company was great about corresponding with me on updates. 10/10 would recommend.

First, I'd like to say customer service was great. They responded quickly, were easy to communicate with. Choosing babymaesshop was an easy decision for me. I loved how the names printed on the swaddlers looked. Big, bold, catches your attention. Perfect Font choices. Only struggle was not physically being able to see the swaddler in the color I wanted. I feel both, shop and customers, would benefit from there being a page where you could actually see the item itself in each color. So theres no second guessing. I ended up sending an email with an attached picture of a swaddler from another shop asking if the color selection I was choosing appeared like this.. They replied quick and very friendly. Disappointment set in when I received the item and it was not the color I had in mind. Similar but not enough to where I felt it was worth the money I paid.. I DID NOT reach out to them after, so I am unsure of how they would have handled this situation. Quality was good and I appreciated the swaddler set so I just went with it. Also, time was not in my favor to worry. I'm not one to complain, and this review is not to give bad ratings or tell you not to order from here, because I would again. I'm taking the time to write this in hopes my suggestion would benefit everybody together.
